gun license, snowboarding, and condoms - starting 2011 off right!

As if being in Florida when you ring in the New Years wasn't enough...when I got back from Florida I decided I wanted to go for my gun license (hey why not).  So I signed up for the gun safety course with a local police department (later I followed up with applying and then eventually getting my license in March/April and taking the hunting education course). To all you smart asses out there: I am extremely cautious. I'm NOT going to shoot my foot or anyone!!

Additional highlights of January:
I learned how to snowboard! I took a class at Blue Hills.  I am NOT a graceful snowboarder!! And if my back wasn't so messed up, I would've kept going back to learn until I figured it out! But seriously, snowboarding is hard for me! I can usually pick things up really quick but I guess not snowboarding!

I also hosted a condom party at a party. My friend John was having a party to celebrate the visit of his good friend who lives in Korea so I figured what better time than to host a condom party! So I did! There were koozies that said "Stick it In" on them and valentine hearts that had dirty sayings on them! Plus, everyone got condoms and lube!!! It was a success!!!

Highlights of February:
The annual I Heart Beer party at Team MF's house.  I look forward to this party every year! This year was nothing less than what I expected which was complete craziness! I even got naked, ran outside and jumped in the snow with Mike (he was drunk, I was not)!!! It was a great time!

I went out with a bunch of frenchies while one French guy, Florent, came to visit (he moved back to France last year).  We ended up going out to a club in Boston called Saint.  Alex hates waiting in lines apparantely so he told them we'd buy a bottle for the VIP table.  Ya that bottle of whiskey ended up costing the boys $350!!! I also got a french kissing lesson from Florent. LOL. I guess you learn from the best and what better way than to learn from the French? haha. It was a good time!
